Job Description

The UI / UX Designer is responsible for delivering end-to-end user experience and interface design across multiple digital products. This includes user research, journey mapping, wireframing, visual design, prototyping, usability testing, and design system development.

The designer will work closely with product managers, engineers, business SMEs, and data teams to ensure every interface is intuitive, visually consistent, and optimized for productivity within an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

User Research & Experience Strategy

• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and contextual inquiries across field, engineering, and corporate user groups.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, workflows, and use‑case scenarios for digital products.
• Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and user needs to inform design decisions and solution improvements.
• Translate complex business processes into clear, simple, and meaningful user experiences.
