Responsible for leading and overseeing the registration process for all types of units transactions. Oversee the registration department daily operation, managing clients portfolio and update on day-by-day basis. Develop and implement strategies to streamline and optimize registration processes, enhance efficiency, and effectiveness. Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, presentations, and actionable recommendations to communicate progress, challenges, and results to senior management and stakeholders. Requirements and Qualifications : 7+ years in unit registration, real estate operations or similar experience. Knowledge of improvement methodologies. Lean or Six Sigma are preferred Experience in policy and procedure development, ensuring compliance with company regulations and standards. Excellent project management skills Bi-Lingual, Arabic (native), excellent command in English. Strong understanding of financial processes and quality assurance principles. Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
