Their dedication to excellence and expertise have earned them a prominent position within the industry leaving a significant mark on the built environment. They are currently looking for a Senior Drainage Design Engineer to be based in Qatar.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of comprehensive drainage systems for various projects ensuring optimal water management and compliance with regulations.
• Analyze site conditions conduct hydraulic modeling and prepare detailed drainage plans and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects other engineers and stakeholders throughout the design process to ensure project integration.
• Manage and supervise the work of junior engineers and technicians providing technical guidance and expertise.
• Oversee procurement and contract management for drainage system components ensuring costeffectiveness and timely delivery.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation including design drawings calculations and reports.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in drainage design principles and technologies.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from a reputable university in North America Western Europe or Australia.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering design specifically within the water/wastewater management industry.
• Proven experience in asset management drainage system design procurement and contract management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite hydraulic modeling software (e.g. SWMM HydroCAD) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
• Experience working in the GCC region is highly preferred.
