Job descriptionPakistani nationality preferred with excellent English language skills (both written and verbal) Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design or related field Minimum of 3 years experience as an Art Director or similar role in a creative agency setting Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team Competitive salary package of 1000$ per month Part-time working hours with flexible schedule options Visa sponsorship provided Free ticket to Qatar upon joining

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives
- Develop creative concepts, designs, and layouts that align with client's brand identity
- Create sketches, storyboards or mock-ups to communicate design ideas
- Oversee the entire design process from concept to final product delivery
- Manage and provide guidance to a team of designers, ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design, advertising, and marketing
