Housekeeping Manager (Malayalee Preferred) We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. As a Malayalee preferred establishment, we are looking for candidates who possess strong leadership skills and are able to communicate effectively in Malayalam. Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are kept clean and well-maintained. Train, supervise, and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective performance. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain high cleanliness standards. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of guest requests. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering as needed. Develop and implement cleaning procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality of service. Handle any guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services in a professional manner. Monitor budget and expenses related to the housekeeping department. Qualifications

Fluency in Malayalam is strongly preferred. Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a hotel setting. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
