As Technical Coordinator (M / F), you will play a key role in supporting the mechanical team in ensuring the readiness and quality of project documentation and installation processes. This internship is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate to gain hands-on experience in the LNG industry, working closely with experienced professionals in a dynamic and challenging environment. Responsibilities
Prepare Installation Checklists : Develop and maintain detailed installation checklists for mechanical equipment and systems; ensure checklists align with project specifications, vendor requirements, and industry standards; collaborate with the mechanical team to identify critical installation steps and quality checkpoints. Verify Vendor Documentation Readiness : Review vendor-provided documentation, including operation manuals, engineering drawings, and quality plans, to ensure completeness and compliance with project requirements; identify and report any discrepancies or missing information to the relevant stakeholders. Check Material Availability and Completeness : Verify the availability of materials required for mechanical installations; ensure materials are complete and are free from defects; coordinate with Material Management teams to address any material shortages or issues. Follow Up on Documentation : Maintain an organized record of all installation documentation for easy access and reference; track the status of vendor documentation submissions and approvals; coordinate with field engineering to expedite pending documentation and resolve any issues. Liaise with the Planning Team : Support work front analysis and progress tracking by providing technical input and documentation status updates; work closely with the planning team to ensure alignment between site activities and project schedules; provide regular updates on documentation progress and highlight any potential delays or risks. You have a degree in equipment, mechanical engineering, or a related field; a post-graduation is also desirable. You speak and write in English fluently. You are result-driven, delivering at the best of your capabilities despite tight deadlines. You have good team spirit. You have a high level of attention to detail in data, and are able to identify and report issues within the data. Experience or knowledge of PowerBI is a major plus. Type of school : Graduate engineer (preferably mechanical) or bachelor degree with 1–3 years of experience in a technical field. Required experience duration : 1–3 years of experience. What’s next?
