Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and well-organized Secretary & Document Controller to manage company correspondence, organize and maintain important documents, and provide administrative support to the management team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations and maintain proper documentation in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage company correspondence and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize, classify, and maintain critical documents and records.
- Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed.
- Maintain document control procedures in line with company policies and industry standards.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred).Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or Document Controller.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Familiarity with document management systems (DMS) is an advantage.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Location : In-country hire only
