Description : The Quality Engineer's responsibilities include designing quality standards, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products, developing quality control systems, and determining corrective actions.

Quality Engineer Responsibilities :

• Ensuring that the activities required for the effective operation of the quality management system are planned, implemented, controlled and their progress monitored.
• Reporting quality activities to the Project Manager and General Manager.
• Issuing monthly QA / QC report within the first week of the following month.
• Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
• Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
• Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
• Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues.
• Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and Measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
• Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.
• Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.
• Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database.
• Conducting In-House Test, Preparing MIX-Designs, Preparing MIR documents for material.
• Review the production Drawings before the drawing is forwarded to for production.
• Preparing IR Documents for respective material after installation on site.
• Responsible of assuring the Quality of Finished Products and Installation up to the standard
• Keeping the record of the NCR and Corrective Actions
