Operator

We are seeking a dedicated and customerfocused Operator to join our team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha Qatar. As an Operator you will be the first point of contact for our guests ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and warmth. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our visitors.

• Answer incoming calls and greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Provide information about hotel amenities local attractions and services
• Handle guest inquiries requests and complaints efficiently and effectively
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Manage reservations bookings and guest information using our hotel management software
• Assist with checkin and checkout procedures as needed
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions
• Support other front desk operations during peak times
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures at all times
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance guest service skills and knowledge
