Job descriptionBachelors degree in Engineering or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in proposals and tendering. Strong writing and documentation skills. Good understanding of bidding processes in EPC industries.
We are looking for a Proposal Engineer to manage tender preparation, bid submissions, and prequalification processes.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial proposals.
- Review client requirements and ensure compliance in submissions.
- Manage company registration and prequalification documentation.
- Liaise with estimation, engineering, and management teams for proposal inputs.
