Job descriptionProven experience in instrumentation and control systems in industrial environments. Strong understanding of HSE rules, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance. Leadership and team supervision skills, including mentoring and coaching. Ability to assess and close competency gaps within a team. Skilled in coordinating technical activities with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational risks. Proficiency in English. Ensure safe commissioning, start-up, and maintenance activities. Conduct safety walkdowns and report hazards or incidents. Approve work permits and monitor compliance with safety standards. Supervise pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up operations. Coordinate with specialists, vendors, and process / control teams. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance. Manage contractor personnel and logistics for smooth operations. Prepare, validate, and maintain technical and maintenance reports. Suggest improvements to procedures and resolve operational issues. Track pending works and potential risks to prevent inefficiencies. Organize team schedules, rotations, and training needs. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and mentoring. Promote and enforce HSE rules and safe work practices.
