Production Supervisor

1 Supervision of Production Team Lead and manage a team of production workers involved in glass fiber manufacturing providing direction and support to achieve production goals 2 Process Monitoring Oversee the glass fiber production process ensuring adherence to production schedules quality standards and safety protocols 3 Quality Assurance Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure glass fiber products meet specified quality and performance standards Implement corrective actions when necessary 4 Safety Management Enforce safety regulations and best practices in the production area to ensure a safe working environment for all employees conducting safety training as needed 5 Production Planning Collaborate with the production manager to develop production plans and schedules adjusting as necessary to meet demand and address any operational challenges 6 Training and Development Train new employees in production processes equipment operation and safety practices Provide ongoing training and skill development for existing staff 7 Problem Solving Quickly identify and resolve production issues minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity levels 8 Reporting and Documentation Maintain accurate records of production data material manpower including output waste and equipment performance Prepare reports and production sheets for production manager review 9 Collaboration Work closely with quality assurance maintenance and logistics teams to ensure seamless production operations and product delivery Also cooperate with the production manager and storekeeper for any material request needed for the production
