Sales Executive B2B Industry Food and Beverage Production Requirements Industry Food and Beverage Production Preferred Arabic speaking Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities within the food and beverage production industry Create and execute sales plans to achieve company revenue goals Cultivate strong relationships with distributors retailers and corporate clients Conduct market research to understand industry trends customer needs and competitor activities Generate leads through networking attending industry events and building partnerships with key stakeholders Analyze sales data to forecast and plan future sales strategies Maintain and nurture longterm relationships with existing clients Handle client inquiries negotiate contracts and provide exceptional customer service Work closely with clients to understand their production needs and offer solutions that align with their goals Collaborate with the production marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and customer satisfaction Provide feedback from clients to improve product offerings and services Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs Prepare regular sales reports including forecasts and territory analysis for management Adjust sales strategies based on performance metrics Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field 35 years of experience in B2B sales preferably within the food and beverage production industry Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients Knowledge of food production processes regulations and industry trends is a plus Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Deep understanding of the food and beverage production industry Experience working with distributors wholesalers and large retailers Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscapes Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work under pressure Candidates who all are available locally with N O C and who can join immediately can apply Preferred Arabic speaking Location Qatar
