Job descriptionAssist in planning and managing daily bus routes and schedules Coordinate student pick-up and drop-off arrangements Ensure timely arrival and departure of all school buses Monitor student safety and discipline during transportation Assist with routing and transport arrangements for summer and winter camps Handle transport-related queries, complaints, and incidents professionally Maintain effective communication with drivers and bus attendants Maintain accurate transport records, logs, and reports Support regular vehicle inspections, maintenance, and compliance checks Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly vehicle maintenance plans Follow up with garages or authorized dealers to ensure timely maintenance Ensure adherence to MOE and all local transport regulations Previous experience in school transport or coordination preferred Strong communication skills Ability to handle emergencies and work under pressure Knowledge of transport safety standards and regulations Proficiency in basic computer applications Knowledge of record keeping Minimum diploma / graduate preferred Experience in school transport / logistics is an advantage Strong coordination and communication skills Ability to handle emergencies responsibly Basic computer skills

- The role involves coordinating bus routes, ensuring student safety, maintaining transport records, and assisting with vehicle maintenance and regulatory compliance.
- Valid HTV Driving License with 2 years minimum experience
