Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to clients according to their preferences and current trends.
  • Consult with clients to understand their desired looks and recommend treatments that align with their hair type and lifestyle.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to offer a diverse range of services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a premium client experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Utilize high-quality products and tools to achieve optimal results.
  • Collaborate with other beauty experts to create a seamless service experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a luxury or high-end salon environment.
  • Exceptional skills in hair cutting, coloring, and styling.
  • Strong knowledge of current hair trends, treatments, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality services.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in Hairdressing.
  • Must be willing to work in a remote area as required by the company.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required by the luxury property.

    Salary : SAR 4,750 plus 12.5% remote allowance
