Job Description

  • Supervise daily front office operations, ensuring smooth check-in / check-out processes
  • Lead and motivate the front desk team to maintain high service standards
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and promptly
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Monitor room availability and assist with reservations when needed
  • Train new team members and support ongoing development
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a front office, preferably in a supervisory capacity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead a team and handle guest interactions with confidence and empathy
  • Opera system experience
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
