Food Beverage Manager Requirements Tertiary level of education Food Hygiene and HACCP Certification 2 years of experience in a Food and Beverage operation or related managerial role Good verbal and written communication skills Strong administration skills Microsoft Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills Strong leadership customer service and motivational skills Previous experience in the theme park waterpark or hotel industry is preferred Working knowledge of standard cost controls and waste management Ability to develop good working relationships with colleagues management and external clients Familiarity with F B systems such as EATEC Maximo and VGS is a plus Location Doha
