Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced

Mall Manager

to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high‑end shopping mall in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the mall’s operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for tenants and customers, maximizing revenue opportunities, and maintaining the property at the highest standards. The role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership, business acumen, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Operational Management :

Oversee all daily operations, including facility management, security, cleaning, and tenant coordination.

Ensure the smooth running of the mall by liaising with tenants and addressing operational issues promptly.

Monitor maintenance activities to ensure the mall is kept in pristine condition.

Act as the main point of contact for tenants, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with mall policies.

Support tenants in meeting operational standards and enhancing customer service levels.

Manage lease agreements and renewals to ensure optimal tenancy levels.

Develop and implement strategies to increase footfall and boost retail sales.

Maximize mall revenue through rental income, promotional activities, and innovative marketing strategies.

Monitor tenant performance and recommend improvements where necessary.

Marketing & Promotions :

Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events to increase mall visibility and traffic.

Develop community engagement programs to build brand awareness and loyalty.

Prepare and manage annual budgets for the mall’s operational expenses and capital improvements.

Ensure cost‑effective procurement of goods and services.

Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as required.

Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Ensure all staff are trained and adhere to the mall’s operational and safety standards.

Health & Safety Compliance :

Ensure that all health, safety, and security regulations are strictly adhered to.

Manage emergency protocols and conduct regular safety drills with mall personnel.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.

10-15 years

of experience in mall or property management, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Proven ability to manage budgets, operations, and large‑scale events.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.

Preferred Skills :

Experience in retail or real estate sectors.

Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
