Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive mobilization plans for new projects, outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with project teams, procurement, HR, legal, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless mobilization activities.
• Manage the procurement and allocation of necessary resources, including equipment, personnel, and materials, within budget constraints.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies during the mobilization process.
