Job description

Job Summary

To assist in front line competitiveness, speed-to-market and achievement of Enterprise Banking’s business objectives, by managing the asset & liability accounts and migration of customers (digitization and automation) and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

Key Accountabilities

  • Portfolio management of asset / liability accounts with a specific focus on asset & liability building aligned to the bank’s overall strategy.
  • Drive profitability through building fee / interest revenue.
  • Manage all accounts to generate and drive profitability and customer experience. Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them.
  • Manage all meaningful trade customers to drive fees and digital migration.
  • Increase the TRV of the portfolio thereby making more profit for the department.
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering ‘international leading practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
  • Cross sell bank products / services.
  • Assist in promoting the bank’s products and services in conjunction with the strategic objectives and mission statement for the retail banking.
  • Monitoring the market & competitive trends and keeping close relationship with key enterprise clients and maintaining a high service level of performance which has an impact on customers’ perception of the bank.
  • Extending an excellent Service Performance, which is measured by retention of clients and growth in the value of business with such clients.
  • Acquisition of new clients and enhancement of relationships. To be an “Advisor” to clients and fully understand client needs and client markets.
  • Constantly measure service quality and customer satisfaction levels
  • Adhere and comply with the bank’s internal applicable policies and procedures as well as governing regulations issued by concerned authorities.
  • Managing team of ARM & RO to deliver the assigned goals.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree, in Business-related major
