Responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational management of all facility services across government buildings, ensuring optimal functionality, safety, and efficiency in alignment with public sector standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of facility operations and maintenance programs.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure service quality.
- Develop and implement sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.Minimum 20+ years of experience in facilities management including at least 3 years of experience in a governmental role within the State of Qatar.Proven leadership in managing large-scale facility operations and vendor contracts.Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a must.#J-18808-Ljbffr
