What you will be doing
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue from outlets and catering services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local partners.
Collaborate with the F&B and culinary teams to design tailored packages for banquets, weddings, and special events.
Lead promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to enhance visibility and drive footfall to outlets.
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Oversee the sales process from inquiry to execution, ensuring seamless coordination and guest satisfaction.
Mentor and guide the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Monitor performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and recommend strategies for growth and efficiency.

Qualifications
Proven experience in Food & Beverage sales management, with a focus on outlets and catering in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
Strong network and ability to cultivate long‑term client relationships.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
Solid understanding of revenue management, market segmentation, and event planning.
Knowledge of food & beverage operations and trends, with an eye for innovation.
