to lead and deliver strategic initiatives across

Core and Retail banking divisions . The role requires strong

project management and requirements gathering capabilities , hands-on expertise in

Planview tool , and the ability to define KPIs, processes, and procedures while working independently with business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Manage

end-to-end project lifecycle

across core and retail banking initiatives. Gather, analyze, and document requirements from business stakeholders independently. Define and implement

KPIs, processes, procedures, product support models, and reporting frameworks . Hands on Experience on

Planview tool

for portfolio and project management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope. Provide governance, reporting, and insights to senior management on portfolio performance. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to

work independently

and manage requirements without heavy supervision. Demonstrated

strategic and operational skills

in a banking or financial services environment. Preferred Certifications

Planview Administrator Certification . Portfolio Management Certification
