Job Description :

A luxury 5-star resort in Qatar is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista (male or female) to join its F&B team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hospitality settings, hold a relevant technical certification , and be able to present a portfolio or profile of previous work .

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and specialty beverages to high standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and coffee stations

Ensure proper handling and maintenance of coffee equipment

Provide excellent customer service and beverage recommendations to guests

Support the team with inventory and daily opening / closing tasks

Comply with food safety and hygiene standards

Qualifications :

1-2 years of relevant work experience in hospitality, café, or hotel environments

Technical certification in barista or coffee preparation is required

Must be able to present a work portfolio / profile (e.g., photos, videos, menu work, etc.)

Strong communication skills and a guest-oriented attitude

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Open to Filipinos currently in Qatar or applicants from non-QVC countries

Flexible to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
