Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Highway / Traffic Engineering (mandatory).

Master's degree in Transportation Infrastructure, Highway Engineering, or Construction Management (preferred)

Required Experience

Minimum 15 years experience in road / highway design and civil infrastructure, with at least 7 years in a client-representative or consultant coordination capacity.
