Key Responsibilities
Build and strengthen relationships with major clients, media agencies, PR firms, and brand marketing teams.
Develop and launch new revenue streams across digital media, content platforms, and commercial partnerships.
Identify high-value collaborations that elevate brand engagement and drive commercial performance.
Lead monthly revenue delivery in core markets and support expansion into new regions.
Craft compelling sales pitches, commercial proposals, and strategic presentations.
Pitch innovative media and content solutions to brands and agencies.
Develop tailored commercial concepts that position the company as a preferred media partner.
Produce high-quality pitch decks, campaign reviews, and seasonal commercial packages.
Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend new offerings aligned with market needs.
Conduct financial, economic, and market analysis to assess risks and uncover opportunities.
Review and optimize sales, marketing, vendor, and commercial operations for efficiency and growth.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing commercial and business development team.

What You Bring
8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles - preferably in media, advertising, digital content, AdTech, or related sectors.
Strong record of revenue generation, partnership development, and building winning commercial strategies.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical mindset with sound decision-making ability.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to elevate team performance.
