The Total Salary is Structured as follows : Basic Salary Market Allowance : % of Basic Professional Allowance : % of Basic Transport Allowance : 1,250 QAR GSM Allowance : 500 QAR per month Additional Benefits

Schooling Allowances : 21,000 QAR per child per academic year (up to 3 children, ages 5–18) Housing : Accommodation Provided Annual Leave : 50 days per year Flight Tickets : Business Class - For employee, spouse, and up to 3 children aged 5–18 (annual, joining & repatriation) Baggage Allowance : Provided for joining & repatriation Conference Entitlement : Yearly, after 18 months of service – up to 9 days (including travel) with round-trip ticket Important Notes
