Night Auditor

Overview Night Auditor for a Hotel in Doha, Qatar (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are in search of a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hotel team in Doha, Qatar. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel, including the accurate recording of all financial transactions and ensuring that guest needs are met.

Responsibilities

Conduct audits of daily financial transactions and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness

Process guest check-ins and check-outs during night shifts

Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally

Prepare daily revenue reports for management

Monitor hotel security during night hours

Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements

Maintain accurate records of all cash, credit card, and room charge transactions

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations during the night shift

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Night Auditor or similar role in the hospitality industry

Excellent numerical ability with strong attention to detail

Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)

Availability to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays if needed
