UI / UX Designer (Web & Mobile Interfaces)

Job Description The UI / UX Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered interfaces that enhance the overall user experience of web and mobile applications. The role blends creativity with usability principles to produce designs that align with business objectives.

Job Specific Skills Key Responsibilities :

Design responsive user interfaces and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.

Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to improve design outcomes.

Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and accessibility standards.

Ensure visual and functional consistency across all platforms and devices.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in UI / UX design for digital applications.

Proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.

Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and usability standards.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Experience and Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience in program or project management.

Strong ability to plan, organize, and manage priorities effectively.

Ability to analyze project data and performance indicators to make informed decisions.

Fluency in English and Arabic.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent is an advantage.
