Key Responsibilities :
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create and publish engaging content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Snapchat.
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns in coordination with the digital marketing team.
Collaborate with the design team for content creation (graphics, videos, etc.).
Monitor and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and tools.
Coordinate with internal teams to support campaigns, promotions, and events.
Ensure all content adheres to the companys brand tone and visual guidelines.
Requirements :
Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
23 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic (Bilingually).
Knowledge of the Qatari market and local trends is highly preferred.
