Account Manager, Experience & Technology
Dallah Ad Agency is looking for a proactive and experienced Account Manager to join our Experience & Technology department. This is a Permanent Role serving as the client's primary point of contact for day-to-day project execution and delivery.
💼 About the Role
The Account Manager is critical to ensuring the smooth delivery of creative projects and high-quality results, working closely with both clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities (Main focus areas) :
Client Relationship Management and Growth (30%) : Act as the daily contact, managing client expectations, fostering strong ongoing relationships, and supporting the identification of upselling / cross-selling opportunities.
Commercial Performance (Profit & Costs Control) (30%) : Ensure day-to-day delivery aligns with budgeted scope and timelines, including flagging changes that impact cost and supporting documentation for timely invoicing.
Project Coordination and Delivery (20%) : Coordinate internal teams (creative, production, digital) to deliver projects and RFPs on time and within budget, ensuring adherence to the creative brief and brand guidelines.
Reports & Feedback (20%) : Monitor project performance and report to stakeholders, gathering and sharing client feedback to improve future projects.
Key Challenges :
Managing multiple client accounts simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Aligning internal team efforts with client expectations, especially under changing circumstances.
🎓 Requirements & Skills
Minimum Qualifications :
Degree : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience : 3-5 years of experience in account management within a creative agency.
Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
