Job Description
- Greet customers and ensure that shop staff provide timely and quality service in accordance with established standards.
- Ensure the proper implementation of company policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Control the merchandising of products to optimize sales while maintaining alignment with brand image and standards.
- Monitor stock levels continuously, maintain inventories, and reorder merchandise as necessary to ensure adequate stocks and maximum availability of range and sizes at all times.
- Manage department staff by establishing goals and objectives, overseeing performance management, and developing and motivating employees to achieve high levels of performance.
- Conduct daily department meetings to ensure clear understanding and effective communication of activities, objectives, and events.
- Provide on-the-job training, demonstrations, and instructions for existing employees to foster their development and maintain high standards of performance.
Qualifications
