Role Overview

The BIM / CAD Specialist supports the successful delivery of Building Information Modeling (BIM), Computer-Aided Design (CAD), and Information Management outputs across all design stages of the Roads & infrastructure projects, including Concept, Preliminary, and Detailed Design.

The role is responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating both 2D and 3D deliverables in compliance with ISO 19650, PWA BIM Standards, Parsons Digital Delivery requirements, and discipline-specific modeling and drafting procedures.

This position works closely with Design Managers, BIM Coordinators, and Engineers to ensure information integrity, model accuracy, and CAD drawing compliance across Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and ProjectWise environments.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Develop and maintain discipline-specific 3D models using Autodesk tools (Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks).
• Ensure model structure follows ISO 19650-compliant file naming conventions, attributes, and classification codes.
• Support model federation activities, performing clash detection and coordination in Navisworks Manage or ACC Model Coordination.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve geometric, design, and data-related issues.
• Incorporate 4D / 5D attributes (scheduling and cost) in models as directed by the Digital Delivery Manager.
• Maintain LOD / LOI consistency based on the PWA EIR (v5.0) and project-specific BEP.
