Nationality Arabic Location Doha Qatar Mannai Energy is looking for an experienced Technical Buyer Procurement Engineer to join our team in Doha Qatar If you are skilled in procurement for FM services and have a strong technical background we would love to hear from you Position Purpose You will be responsible for managing procurement activities related to materials and services for FM Services including HVAC Plumbing Drainage Fire Fighting Electrical materials and associated spare parts Key Qualifications Skills Experience Minimum 2 years in procurement for FM services Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of systems construction materials technical specifications and services Skills Excellent procurement communication and negotiation skills Industry Knowledge Indepth knowledge of suppliers and manufacturers in the Facility Management and sectors Key Responsibilities Procure equipment materials spares and systems according to project quality and specifications Review offers and material service requests to ensure alignment with site requirements and contractual scopes Procure materials and services in a timely manner and within the approved budget Conduct technical reviews of material submittals to ensure compliance with equipment schedules Perform market research to identify costsaving opportunities Ensure the timely delivery of materials and systems to support installation works Maintain procurement processes that comply with company policies focusing on time cost and quality Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and subcontractors Ensure the company s reputation and credibility by handling all dealings fairly and ensuring prompt payments If you meet the qualifications and have a passion for FM procurement apply today and join our growing team at Mannai Energy
