Administrative Manager for Indian Nationals in Al-Wakra, Qatar
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an Indian national, you will be given preference for this role.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks, including but not limited to office supplies, travel arrangements, and document management
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency within the office
- Supervise administrative staff members and provide guidance when needed
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other external parties as needed
- Assist with budget planning and monitoring expenses
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Qualifications
Must be an Indian national, with a valid biometric passportPrevious experience in an administrative management role is requiredExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programsThis is a full-time position with accommodation provided.
