Insulation Foreman

The Insulation Foreman will manage insulation activities onsite supervising the insulation team to ensure quality safety and timely completion of insulation work for piping equipment and structures Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate insulation works according to project specifications Ensure proper installation of thermal acoustic and cryogenic insulation materials Inspect work for quality and safety compliance Schedule and allocate resources effectively Monitor work progress and report to site management Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety protocols Maintain documentation of work activities and inspections Requirements Extensive experience as an Insulation Foreman in Oil Gas projects Knowledge of insulation materials techniques and safety standards Ability to interpret insulation drawings and specifications Leadership and team management skills Relevant certifications e g CSCS safety training Good communication skills
