About our client

Our client is a leading investment bank and financial services platform in the Middle East, operating across banking, investments and wealth management. The firm is undergoing a significant digital and enterprise transformation as it continues to scale its platform, enhance client experience and strengthen investment and banking capabilities. What the job involves

• Setting the overall digital and technology agenda across banking systems, investment platforms and client-facing applications
• Leading the delivery of major technology and transformation initiatives, with ownership of timelines, budgets and execution quality
• Building and running a central PMO to bring structure, prioritisation and accountability to digital programmes
• Overseeing core banking platforms and digital channels, including onboarding, reporting and transaction workflows
• Supporting the digitisation of investment and wealth processes from origination through to portfolio monitoring and reporting
• Acting as a senior partner to executive management on technology delivery and transformation risk

Who we are looking for

• A senior digital and technology leader with a strong track record delivering large-scale transformation in banking, investment management or wealth management
• Proven ownership of complex enterprise programmes, including PMO leadership, governance and delivery in regulated environments
• Commercially minded, able to link digital execution to revenue growth, AUM expansion and operational efficiency
• Commercially aware, with a practical mindset and focus on execution rather than theory
• Confident working closely with senior leadership and managing multiple stakeholders
