Facility Engineers

The Facility Engineer is responsible for the planning implementation and management of all engineering maintenance and operational activities related to building systems and infrastructure They ensure that all facilities operate efficiently safely and in compliance with applicable standards and regulations Key Responsibilities Oversee the maintenance repair and operation of building systems including HVAC electrical plumbing security and safety systems Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed Develop and manage maintenance budgets ensuring costeffective operations Coordinate with contractors vendors and service providers for repairs upgrades and installations Ensure compliance with safety regulations building codes and environmental standards Plan and execute facility improvement projects including renovations and upgrades Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities inspections and repairs Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to facility systems Assist in the planning and implementation of energysaving initiatives Support emergency response and disaster recovery planning for facilities Qualifications Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical Civil Engineering or a related field Proven experience in facilities management engineering or maintenance Knowledge of building management systems safety standards and regulations Strong problemsolving and organizational skills Excellent communication and team coordination abilities Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
