Overview

We are seeking senior legal professionals at the Consultant and Senior Consultant levels to provide strategic legal leadership, high‑level advisory, and risk management oversight. These roles ensure the organization operates within legal and regulatory frameworks, manages enterprise‑level legal risks, and supports major corporate initiatives and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

For Both Levels

• Provide strategic legal counsel on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Oversee and advise on high‑value mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and complex contracts.
• Lead enterprise‑wide legal risk management programs.
• Ensure the organization’s operations comply with domestic and international laws.
• Advise executive leadership on litigation, disputes, and regulatory investigations.
• Represent the organization in high‑level negotiations, arbitration, or external forums.
