Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in IT operations, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in the financial sector

Responsibilities

  • Manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and databases.
  • Ensure IT service delivery processes meet user needs and follow change control protocols.
  • Liaise with external vendors for support contracts, SLAs, and software licensing.
  • Supervise junior IT staff and provide day-to-day technical guidance.
