Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction practices and a passion for ensuring project success.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project schedules
Monitor quality control and safety standards
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
Resolve site issues and problems promptly
Manage project budgets and resources effectively

Must Have

Bachelor Degree or Higher

Strong understanding of construction practices and techniques

Experience in site supervision and management

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Nice to have

Proficiency in construction management software

A commitment to safety and quality

Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
