We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. This full-time position is open to Indian or Egyptian nationals and requires a strong understanding of traditional Indian or Egyptian cuisine, with the ability to create authentic dishes that delight customers. Salary : 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high quality and efficiency.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and ordering of supplies; monitor food costs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
