Key Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties Communicate with clients to explain scope of work and set expectations Complete daily logs of hours worked and materials used Execute various repair tasks, including : Drywall patching and painting Electrical fixture replacements Plumbing repairs (toilets, faucets, hot water tanks, etc.) Roofing touch-ups and fence repairs Appliance servicing (disposals, dishwashers, refrigerators, washers) Accurately quote future work during service visits Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked company vehicle Represent TradeMark professionally in uniform and with a positive attitude

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance or handyman experience Strong communication and time management skills Skilled in general carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical, and finish work Ability to problem-solve and make on-site decisions Valid driver's license with clean driving record Must pass a background check Drug-free workplace compliance required

Schedule

Monday-Friday, Full-Time Travel to job sites is required daily
