Role Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Reel Specialist

to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging short-form video content, covering live events, and ensuring all visual materials align with Banke’s brand identity. This role requires strong skills in videography, photography, editing, and graphic design, along with a deep understanding of current social media trends.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality

Instagram Reels and video content

in line with Banke’s brand guidelines.

Cover

live events

including open houses, property launches, and corporate functions.

Manage

photography and videography

for events, team activities, and brand campaigns.

Design visuals using

Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva .

Stay up to date with the latest

social media trends, tools, and techniques

to maximize reach and engagement.

Collaborate closely with the

Marketing team at HQ

to ensure content is aligned with brand objectives.

Handle

professional shoot setup

including lighting, audio, and video equipment.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in

Reels creation and video editing

(CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut), with creativity to enhance visibility and impact.

Strong

photography and videography

skills with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in

graphic design software

(Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).

Must own essential equipment :

latest iPhone or top-tier phone for video / photo capturing, laptop, mic, lights, gimbal, tripod .

Familiarity with

AI tools

(e.g., ElevenLabs, editing automation).

Excellent command of

spoken and written English and Arabic .
