Responsibilities

• Attend all laundry and dry‑cleaning operations following the hotel standards and procedures.
• Follow the linen and uniforms laundry flows and respect the established cycles and instructions.
• Have a full knowledge of all textiles and their proper care.
• Use all machines and equipment with proper knowledge, care and maintenance.
• Handle and store chemicals with proper care, and use correct formulas, following all health and safety regulations.
• Immediately report to superior any damage or malfunctioning in the laundry equipment or operations, including linen and uniforms status.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the working area and stores.
• Ensure proper handling of lost and found items.
