Key Responsibilities

Managing and leading the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Developing and executing sales strategies to attract investors, buyers, and tenants.

Negotiating contracts, lease agreements, and closing deals with clients and property owners.

Preparing financial and market analysis reports to support management decisions.

Coordinating with marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns for available properties.

Monitoring market trends, competitors’ activities, and pricing strategies.

Building and maintaining long‑term relationships with clients, landlords, and real estate agencies.

Ensuring compliance with company policies and local real estate regulations.
