JOB PURPOSE : Assist the HR Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring all HR processes are executed efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with company policies and labor laws. This role supports the management of key HR functions, including compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee relations.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Assist the Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating HR operations and programs.
Supervise and provide guidance to HR staffs in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Coordinate and track employee performance evaluations and training initiatives.
Participate in compensation and benefits reviews and support related administrative processes.
Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
Assist in conducting annual salary surveys and benchmarking studies.
Supervise the new employee orientations and employee relations counseling.
Oversee exit interviews.
Supervise the organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.
Oversee the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.
Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Oversee and maintain the company’s HR information system (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and efficient utilization of HR technologies to support HR operations and reporting.
Collaborate with IT and HR staff to troubleshoot system issues, implement updates, and optimize workflows within the HR system.
Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making and compliance requirements.
Identify and recommend HR best practices, trends, and innovative approaches to improve processes, enhance employee engagement, and support organizational effectiveness.
Assist the HR Manager in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR department by exploring new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS : Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources management or related field, CIPD preferred.
Minimum Experience :
7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
