A high-energy Arabic nightclub in Dubai is seeking a professional and experienced Head Waiter to lead their service team. This role is perfect for someone with extensive experience in VIP service, bottle service, and managing minimum table spends in a luxury nightlife setting. As a Head Waiter, you will ensure seamless service delivery, manage guest interactions, and oversee the service team to maintain the nightclub’s reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities :

• Provide leadership and direction to the service team, ensuring VIP guests receive personalized and exceptional service.
• Manage and coordinate bottle service and minimum table spend processes to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Engage with VIP guests, building relationships and ensuring their needs and preferences are catered to throughout the night.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the nightclub’s menu, beverage offerings, and promotions to recommend the best options for guests.
• Collaborate with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and seamless communication.
• Train and mentor junior waitstaff, ensuring they uphold the nightclub’s luxury standards.
• Monitor service flow during peak hours, resolving any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
