Quantity Surveyor QS Engineer

Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze cost estimates budgets and financial reports Manage contractual claims variations and change orders Conduct cost control and financial analysis to ensure project budget adherence Review and evaluate contractual documents and procurement strategies Liaise with project teams vendors and clients to monitor project costs Ensure compliance with project standards codes and safety regulations Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or relevant field Extensive experience in Oil Gas offshore projects Strong knowledge of cost management contracts and project controls Excellent analytical negotiation and communication skills
