Foster effective communication within the department and cultivate strong relationships with both team members and guests. Stay informed on current industry trends and adopt best practices to enhance service delivery. Uphold a high standard of professionalism, maintaining strict confidentiality and integrity at all times. Contribute to a positive, dynamic, and collaborative work environment that values open communication, teamwork, trust, respect, professionalism, and enjoyment. Have a clear understanding of your role, responsibilities, and the expectations set by the company. Consistently adhere to company policies, procedures, employee guidelines, and service standards. Actively work towards surpassing business goals and performance targets. Engage in team events and participate in resort committees as required. Certified Spa Therapist with recognized qualifications (e.g., ITEC, CIDESCO, CIBTAC). Minimum of 1 year experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment. Knowledge of holistic wellness practices; familiarity with Traditional Arabic or integrative healing methods is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
